Gemma, 16, is on layover at Bangkok Airport, in route with her parents to a vacation in Vietnam. She steps away for just a second, to get a cup of coffee. Ty--rugged, tan, too old, oddly familiar--pays for Gemma's drink. And drugs it. They talk. Their hands touch. And before Gemma knows what's happening, Ty takes her. Steals her away. The unknowing object of a long obsession, Gemma has been kidnapped by her stalker and brought to the desolate Australian Outback. STOLEN is her gripping story of survival, of how she has to come to terms with her living nightmare--or die trying to fight it.
One word to describe this: INTENSE! Stolen kept me on edge the whole way through. Some confusion here and there, but always able to catch right back up.Gemma will have you debating at the end if she was courageous, stupid, or scared to do what she did. I loved Ty. I hate to say. (^_^) He was just.... different from most guys. Stolen is written as a letter, and some might not like the style, but it is still just a good. A change form vampire, werewolves, fairies, and pixies!
This will leave you speechless! I just can not even exclaim how amazing this novel was!
