Half Summer faery princess, half human, Meghan has never fit in anywhere. Deserted by the Winter prince she thought loved her, she is prisoner to the Winter faery queen. As war looms between Summer and Winter, Meghan knows that the real danger comes from the Iron Fey, iron-bound faeries that only she and her absent prince have seen. But no one believes her. Worse, Meghan's own fey powers have been cut off. She's alone in Faery with only her wits for help. Trusting anyone would be foolish. Trusting a seeming traitor could be deadly. But even as she grows a backbone of iron, Meghan can't help but hear the whispers of longing in her all-too-human heart.

The Iron Fey Series is my new addiction! I loved the first book in the series, and the second does not disappoint! Sorry for the lack of review, but I don’t want to spoil anything for those who haven’t read The Iron King.
The characters are just as strongly written as they are in the first book. I still love the love triangle between the characters, even though I knew who she was going to pick in the beginning.
I cannot wait to get my hands on the third book!
I love the cover and design of this series! This is by far my favorite book cover type (along with The Iron King). And the cute chapter designs just make this book so cute!
